Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Burgeon Streetwear reserves the right, at any time after receipt of User's order, to accept or decline User's order, or any portion thereof, even after the User receives an order confirmation from Burgeon Streetwear, for any reason. Burgeon Streetwear reserves the right, at any time prior to shipment, to cancel any order, or any portion thereof, without giving any reason, and will provide a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery: Burgeon Streetwear ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping and handling charges will be added to User's total purchase price. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on the Site pass to User upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

6. Return and Refund Policy: Burgeon Streetwear handles all products with care and consideration of the customer. All sales are final. 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and all content and materials included on the Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Burgeon Streetwear does not warrant that the Site or any content or materials included on the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Burgeon Streetwear be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site or the content or materials included on the Site.

9. Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

10. Changes to these Terms: Burgeon Streetwear reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Users should check these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean that User accepts those changes.
